Having an overall understanding of the
stationary RMC plant contributes to chose a proper mixing plant that suits your actual needs. A standard concrete mixing plant consists of storage system, metering system, control system, transportation system, liquid supply system, pneumatic system, mixing system, main structure, control room, dust removal system, etc., to complete the storage of concrete raw materials, mixing, transportation, mixing and discharging.
1. Storage system
The storage system includes two parts: the storage system (cement tank, pool, batching machine, aggregate waiting hopper and admixture storage) for producing concrete and the diversion system (unloading hopper) of the finished concrete .
2. Metering system
The metering system includes batching machine metering, cement metering, fly ash, additives, and water metering.
3. Transport system
he transportation system of complete concrete mixing equipment mainly includes the transportation of aggregate and powder.
4. Liquid supply system
The liquid supply system of the stationary concrete batching plant consists of a water supply system and a liquid admixture system.
5. Pneumatic system
The pneumatic system of the concrete mixing plant is mainly composed of an air compressor, an air source triplet, an air storage tank, a container valve, a filter pressure reducing valve, a flow-assisted air cushion, a pneumatic butterfly valve, an air cylinder and an air pipe.
6. Mixing system
The concrete mixing plant mixing system mainly consists of 9 parts: transmission equipment, shaft end seal, cylinder and liner components, smoothing equipment, upper cover and water pipe equipment, unloading equipment and mixing equipment.
7. The main structure
The main structure of the mixing station is a steel structure, which is composed of top, stairs, guardrail, metering layer, mixing layer, and outriggers from top to bottom.
8. Control room and control system
The control room and electrical system control are composed of air conditioners, electric control cabinets, tables and chairs, industrial computers, PLCs, cable connections, etc. The control system is the nervous system of the entire
stationary concrete batching plant and controls the operation of each component.
9. Dust removal system
The dust removal system includes three parts: dust removal when measuring and unloading cement and admixtures, dust removal when the bulk cement truck feeds the powder tank, and dust removal when the inclined belt conveyor feeds the aggregate waiting hopper
